Responsibilities:

  •  As part of our team, you will provide essential care to patients in residential homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities. 

 

Requirements:

  • RN licensure in Washington State.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hospice nursing experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
